Strategy
Before anything is designed, we agree what the product has to do. Who it is for, where it will sell, what it needs to cost, and what it should say about the brand.
That conversation decides most of what follows — material choices, minimum quantities, packaging format, which markets to hold stock for. Getting it wrong is expensive three months later, so we work it out first and write it down as a roadmap you can hold us to.
- Define the audience, the positioning and the commercial goal
- Set a realistic budget, target cost per unit and volume band
- Map the product range and the order it should launch in
- Agree which markets to serve, and what that means for stock
